^^^I'm sure it didn't feel good! Just the sound of the spinning props is enough to convince me to "clamp and secure" the bird with fingers and thumb, and not allow any sideways movement. Now, it is a challenge to hold the remote with iPad mini in one hand, and pressing the "land" icon on left side of screen, while holding the other hand under the mini for retrieval. And if it "sees" my hand, and tells me unsafe to land, I just press "OK" so it'll land anyway. Mossiback, I may try just using left stick, instead of "land" icon, but will be sure to put mini in "cinesmooth" mode so that it comes down real slow, like with "land" icon.
