I purchased a Mini 4 pro and 2 years protection. Drops, spills, crashes..... A month later I had a crash, contact Adorama's protection service.
The ask for pictures, I provided said including screen recording.
They send a shipping label, I drop it off, as soon as its scanned I get a copy of the shipping label for it returning to me. An hour later I get a notice the drone is repaired and being sent to me.
. I call and was told it will be 3 to 5 weeks! I tell them about the emails and shipping labels and its like talking to a tree. I'm in week 5 now.
The name of the protection service they use is Extend. They are not a part of Adorama, they are a service they use but its not making them look very good.
