Adorama is shipping Mavic 4 Pro's again

I know the box says the 'comes with 1 year warranty...' but for us U.S. buyers/users, that does not apply today for the M4P (per DJI customer service).
OP, are you able to use this link and input your serial number (and choose country) to see what it says about your drone's warranty please: https://repair.dji.com/device/search?lang=en&re=us

The holdup can't be the tariffs - otherwise the price would simply be marked up accordingly.
I think DJI knows what they *can* do, I just don't think they've made up their mind what they want to do. Sounds like they would rather not "mark up accordingly" and therefore have chosen "hold" as in hold and wait and see what happens. Not something I would do but with minds changing every day/week, understandable how someone may want to consider it. It's no way to run the market and such uncertainty is costly and painful but it's the new normal. I bet it too a lot of resources to shut down the US launch and DJI probably doesn't want to do that again (scrub, amend, etc) with Enterprise so they just let it run and simply no US inventory. Imagine how to reprint, rewrite, redo everything with so many launching coming up instead of selling good equipment to customers who want to buy it.

Primarily the holdup is customs.

No, I don't think so. To answer this I went to the Switzerland DJI site and got just as far along as the Canadian site. On the Switzerland site, I needed a Swiss address to purchase DCR.
Ok, I see. Makes sense. Please let us know what DJI says.

Okay, thanks for posting that link! The good news is I go to that support page and see my Mavic 4 Pro and select it which brings me to a "Device Info Inquiry" page for my Mavic 4 Pro. To the good, (1) it shows my Mavic is under warranty for 1 year from today ending 2026/06/09 and (2) the message at the bottom of the page states "You are eligible to purchase DJI Care Refresh". Wow! That's great news. See screen capture below.

Now for the bad news. I click on the "Purchase Now" link at the bottom of the "Device Info Inquiry" page and I get the "Shop DJI Care and other services" page. My Mavic 4 Pro is listed but unfortunately there is no "Buy Now" option, jsut the message "Unable to purchase DJI Care". I click on the ? symbol next to the message and it says "You may not be able to purchase DJI Care Refresh due to the following reasons: 1. The backend system has not synchronized the device to this account in time. You can try to search related services and purchase in All Services listed below. 2. No DJI Care services are currently available for purchase. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.". See screen capture below.

While this bad news isn't great I am glad I at least have a warranty. I'll also try the page in the morning and see if there's any change. If not, I'll then contact DJI and tell them their website says I am eligible to purchase DJI refresh for my Mavic 4 Pro. Maybe they would then make an exception and allow me to purchase DJI refresh. When it launched on May 13 I was primed to purchase a Mavic 4 Pro but didn't. I do remember that DJI Refresh was offered though then but isn't now. I had read somewhere that some of those early purchasers indeed did get DJI Refresh. Will see what I can come up with and will provide an update.

Thank you for suggesting to try the link!! Much appreciate you and all trying to help.

For those trying to get the Mavic 4 pro, if it's not available at Adorama now check back regularly. I got the Creator version this AM and now 12 hr later it is no longer available. It is my hope that Care Refresh will be available at some point in the future and by taking photos and video one can (have been able...) to get it even for an older drone.

All due respect, but that is incorrect as of now. It is clearly still showing available at 3am PST June 18 and it ships out today if ordered as a so called "pre-order."

Maybe you didn't read closely. I absolutely did order it just as I said Tues June 17 late AM and explained it may not be available so people have to keep checking. I have tracking on it now. An hour or two later a friend ordered the same creator combo and then some hours later they were gone and it shows PreOrder or back order. When I ordered the Creator Combo was not even on the web site but I called with a question about the order I was putting together and I was alerted to the fact they had the creator combo ready to buy and it shipped the same day. Calling Adorama will always get you the most up to date information on what is exactly available. The web site isn't always entirely up to date.

I read your statement perfectly. I also stated that it is still available as of this morning for an immediate order that ships out today, despite it being labeled a pre-order. That's how I placed my order Monday morning at 7am online, as a pre-order, and it stated the pre-order would ship out that day. It was processed within the hour and shipped that morning, and arriving tomorrow!

Look at the screenshots I provided. The online status listed is accurate and all you need. Just click on the question mark next to pre-order. Ships TODAY!

Do not be deterred by Pre-order! It is, in fact, an order when the shipping date is the same day or the following day!

It has never said yet said "Backordered" since Monday.
The Backordered products are the other packages with no shipping dates available.
