Still trying to learn Premier Pro and uploading videos to YouTube in the best quality possible. Any tips would be awesome!

If you are going to YouTube then when you export from Premiere do it in H264. It will pull the resolution from your source and that will give you the highest possible resolution available from that source file. Plus, from my experience H264 takes the least amount of processing time from YouTube. But that is just my experience. I have been publishing to YouTube since 2005 when they first came on the scene. I have three different channels that I post video on.
