Video was shot in D-Cinelike. During post processing there seemed to be some noise and I tried removing some of the noise with Final Cut. Not sure if there're specific techniques for better noise reduction, or was it just the gloomy weather.

What ever codec you used in youtube killed your video quality.
I would suggest you upload to vimeo and see how much of a difference there is using those codecs.
Also you uploaded in 1080 , so that really took the quality out of it you need 2K min.
