my mavic pro is heating up

my mavic pro does not turn on cooler, error (aircraft encoder error (0x1000000) what can be

Does the fan spin easily when you move it by hand? (or when using a small thin tool to rotate the blades?) If not it could be as simple as the fan dying.

Ive had a few where the grill behind the gimbal is slightly deformed causing the fan to stick. a slight realignment sorted it.

I removed the cooler it works by connecting directly to a 4volt source, but the drone does not work
