My remote control don't charge !

What could be wrong with the remote control?
The remote control mini usb works perfectly the other way into my iPhone!

I had this. I used the wrong cable. U must use the short cable.

There are all sorts of things you could have done wrong, so I suggest you upload a video of what you're doing.

Have you done a update since last time you charged it?
Have you tried a different USB cable or 2?

I have don't done a update since last time I charged the remote control. I have only problem charged the remote control. I have only one cable. Maybe the cable don't working.

I had the same problem happen to me last night. The cord that came with the Mavic was not handy so I used a different one and it would not charge. I went to get the proper cord and then it started charging.

I just tried out several different length cables, 6". 18", 30". They all work. Might be the charger port. try different charger
