In the puppet old town of Nafplio, with the preserved architectural physiognomy and the two Venetian castles that crown it, Akronafplia and Palamidi, the aura of the first capital of the Greek state is diffused.

Very nice, @Tasos GR. Thank you for helping me remember my stay there in the autumn of 1984. Of all the places I visited in my 2-week tour around Greece I remember Nafplion and Delphi the most.
