NALF Fentress flight restrictions

I need to fly outside of NALF Fentress. I received flight clearance via AirMap but when I attempt to fly, my Smart Controller will not allow me to start my Mavic Air 2.

I get notification to clear the notice but Smart Controller gives message that it failed and to try again.

NALF Fentress is much smaller than NAS Oceana where I am allowed. Both facilities are within a few miles of each other.

What am I doing wrong?

Possible your geofencing not unlocked? If not there’s lots of videos you can look up on YouTube on how to do so.
