Has any one with the RC Pro 2 been able to locate the Flight Logs in the Files directory for uploading through Firefox to Airdata for analysis? I can't seem to find the Flight Logs in the Storage, yet they appear under my profile under "more" and are viewable on the RC Pro 2. I even enabled letting the device manage storage to no avail.

Unfortunately, the Play Store Airdata app says that the RC Pro 2 is not supported, so that is not a current option.

Hello! We recommend downloading the AirData app APK directly from our website.

Here is a help article that walks you through the installation process for the RC Pro 2 and includes the official download link: DJI RC Pro | Help Articles | AirData UAV

This will get your flights syncing automatically. If you run into any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected].

For me it syncs automatically to Airdata. My Fly login and Airdata login is the same. I just go to Airdata and sync. Download the app onto RC Pro 2 using APK Mirror, just need to allow the installation via settings
Thanks! The download link for the supported file was the key.
It now syncs via the Airdata app, so my main issue is resolved.

However, hypothetically, if wanted to upload from the Firefox web browser to AirData, where are the flight logs now stored on the RC Pro 2 so I can navigate to them on the RC Pro 2 from its file manager? Their location is apparently currently hidden from the Storage manager and Files.

Great to hear that the flights are now syncing!

It's often the case that the folder in which the logs are stored is not viewable via the files manager on the remote controller, phone, or tablet. To locate the folder with the logs, you can plug your RC Pro 2 into a computer and access the logs on the device from the computer. Depending on your DJI Fly version, the logs would likely be stored here:
/Android/data/dji.go.v5/files/FlightRecord/

Hope this helps.

Yes, happy to be able to now analyze my Mavic 4 Pro flights in detail, to establish real life expectations for flight time and flight distance, for comparison to my Mavic 3 Pro and Mavic 3.

Thank you for the file structure visible from a computer.

I thought I previously had read of some obscure way on one of the other DJI controllers to be able to reveal the hidden files on the device, as I know am able to locate the Flight Logs on my RC Pro from the RC Pro itself, to be able to navigate to them on the device, to be able upload them directly to my AirData account via the Safari browser on the RC Pro, or copy them off onto a micro SD card.

Any idea how to unhide or reveal the Flight Logs for viewing on the RC Pro 2 to be able to copy them off to an inserted micro SD card, without using a computer?

I don't have the RC Pro 2, only the RC Pro but it may be similar. Try this.

Swipe down from the top, tap the hexagon icon (top right), tap storage, then Internal Storage, scroll down to and tap Files, then Android, then data, dji.go.v5, files, FlightRecord.

If you tap the folder icon for a flight record it will put a check mark. You can use the three dots to copy the record(s) to your mSD card.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, the only displayed folder under Android is "media" and it is empty. All the other folders under "Files" are also displaying empty.

Hmm! Maybe DJI is hiding the access to internal folders similar to how they do on the RC controller. On the RC controller you can access the hidden files and folders by using the 'Music & Audio folder - a kind of back door.

Here is a video that shows how to do it on that controller. Not sure if it would work on the new RC Pro 2 but couldn't hurt to try. It's hard to understand why DJI would prevent access to the folders and files on the RC Pro 2 when it was previously easily accessible on the RC Pro.
