I was surprised at how well it handled the light without filters today. You can check it out in my videos but it does really well. Quite a bit better than the MP IMHO. I look forward to getting some for it down the road but for now I’m happy. I’ll be running it through some extremely bright conditions this week and next and I can’t wait to see how it does
I was surprised too at how much better the colour representation was just using standard settings - not fiddled with anything other than the white balance - the sky in my shots wasn't blown out and seems its doing something, or is it just the slower lens on the air helping in bright weather ?
No ND filter lower the amount of light coming into the camera sensor. That allows you to keep the shutter speed lower which makes the footage have better motion blur. It helps eliminate strobing and moray effect in video
