We get similar weather on Vancouver Island but it really depends on what you intend to shoot or record. I grabbed an ND 2000 for mid day long exposure photography. For video you'd be looking for something much less so you can use a shutter speed that's double whatever frame rate your video is recorded at.For everyone here in the UK, what ND Filter strength do you use the most ie. ND8, ND16, ND32 for our British weather?
Just asking out of interest.
Many thanks.
