No it’s not. I used the heavy duty Velcro and for added insurance I added a couple of staples through strap & Velcro.

Good idea. I may have to try something like that , be nice to share the weight and let most of it hang off my neck. But for now being that I have neck issues I'll keep to holding it all in my hand
