I have a battery that failed the update(tried everything to fix) and I need to send it back. I have to fill out this global technical support form but some of it I am clueless. I called them about it the other day and R.J. could not figure out what I was trying to say. I know there are people here that have filled these forms out so I beseech you. Do I have to fill it all out?
