Dose anyone know the difference between FCC and CE and what they are And how I change them please get back very much appreciated

They refer to the legal transmitter power outputs. FCC is America's and CE refers to European ones, which are considerably less. Effectively it means that the Mavic or other aircraft can fly further in America. Having said that there are also legal restrictions on the distances you can legally fly, so the power output may not be an issue. You cannot change them as the system detects where you are and adjusts it accordingly.

FCC/CE is auto selected based on the Mavic's current GPS location. There is no way to manually change that setting.
