Newbie here. With my Mavic 2 Pro, I like to send the drone far and up and then film it returning to me while focused on me for the entire flight back. As it descends the initial focus on me shifts up, as the camera angle stays unchanged. Can you help me? Thanks!

Sorry - I Thought the 'Auto Focus Continuous' function was exactly what you were describing a need for. Are you talking about the camera being in focus? - or do you mean that that camera doesn't keep pointing at you??

It sounds like you aren't asking about focus and you mean the camera doesn't aim at you.
That's because the camera is looking forward as it is part of the obstacle avoidance system.
Try disabling obstacle avoidance and see if that does what you want.

If I've got your right, I've seen what you describe by doing a 'Dronie' i.e. zooming up and away from you, but then reversing the filming in post-production - so it appears like it's starting a long way away and flying toward you. The other thing you might want to try is the 'Active Track' mode called 'Spotlight'. Spotlight allows you to highlight and target an object that the Mavic will keep in the camera-centre, no matter where the object moves to. I know that you can set up Spotlight from a stationery hovering drone, but I've not seen any vid's that confirm or deny that you can Fly the drone around while it's in that mode. In other words, see if 'Spotlight' will work in reverse (moving drone / stationery target). Let me know what you find ...

Further to the above - Yes - it does appear that you can fly the drone around in spotlight - and it will keep 'focused' on the target you have chosen - but - there are some control issues! Have a look at the comment in this thread:
Flying in Spotlight Mode - Crazy!
This looks like you need to be a little careful first time you try it, just to confirm that the controls make the Mavic move in the direction you think it should.

Thank you. The solution was tap to fly. I sent the drown away, turned it back to me and under Tap to Fly I chose me, then Go. It did it. Thanks.
