I am trying to connect my new Neo to a RC Pro2 Controller but it does not appear in the list of available models that pops up when you press 'Connect to Aircraft'

I have already flown the Neo with the RC 2 that I got with it. Do I have to unbind it from there before using the new one ?

I have upgraded the firmware on the new controller.

Many thanks

Paul

supported controllers for the Neo are DJI RC 2, DJI RC-N3, and DJI RC-N2

Also you MUST have the wifi module to work with any controller. At the moment it is not available separately

Yes the NEO 2 I meant, Sadly the separate module is out of stock so will have wait.

Makes one wonder, why not?
Those are all OS4 aircraft, as is the Neo, and so are all the listed supported controllers.

Because supporting an aircraft on a controller is not free. There's much more to this than just protocol.

DJI has to make a decision if the support costs over the life of the drone and RC make sense, and I can see why they would judge the number of users of the RC Pro 2 with the neo to be such a small market that it doesn't make sense.
