New 18:9 displays (2160x1080) for mavic pro?

Im looking for a mavic pro phone - for "flight only" use.
I would like to know, if the new displayformat 18:9 (2160x1080) runs/looks good with the dji and litchi app?

The mavic´s live-video-source is a 16:9 format, so how does this look an a 18:9 screen? Any disadvantages? Phone needs to scale it?

My favs till now are:
Comparison between: Xiaomi Mi Max 2, Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus, Oukitel Mix 2, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro

Is a standard 16:9 format the better choise?
