New Air owner - missing PAL/NTSC options

Hi there,

Long term DJI pilot here, but new to these forums. Just bought an Air for portability and travelling.

Literally only unpacked it last night, weather was bad so only got to fly inside. Tried the 'Fake GPS' hack to force FCC mode and glad to say it works great (I live in Ireland).

Only problem I can see so far is that I seem to be missing the PAL/NTSC switch option in the app camera settings menus. I'm stuck with 30/60 fps, and don't have the option for 25fps. Everything we shoot here in work is 25fps and would like to be able to match it with other clips without having to manipulate it in post.

The PAL/NTSC option is just not there. I realise that the Spark is stuck on 30fps, but all documentation for the Air specifies 25fps as an option.

I'm using DJI GO app version 4.2.6 - I do see a firmware update available for the aircraft but nervous to upgrade after a lot of problems with my P4 last year.

Anyone else have this problem?

Can everyone else see the PAL/NTSC option in their camera settings?

• DJI GO 4 App iOS: v4.2.6

New Mavic Air Firmware Released

I can now see all the FPS options in my video settings... 24, 25, 30, 48, 50 60fps

I have the same problem now, I cannot find any PAL-settings at all. Or even change from NTSC to PAL - to then have 24, 25 fps and so on... Have a shooting tomorrow and am a bit desperate.

Sorry for late reply - I was away - updating the firmware fixed it for me - hope you got sorted!

Same with me. Firmware is updated but there is NO NTSC/PAL option.

At STYLE there are many different options. When using CUSTOM do I have to set the values at LANDSCAPE, NORMAL and STANDARD to zero?

With CUSTOM my settings are +1 -1 -1.
