New Battery

Hi There
It seems that one of my original batteries that I purchased with my Mavic Pro has gone caaputt.....
I did a quick search for a replacement and found that Amazon has many options but I am kind
of concerned....to buy one from Amazon??
Anyone have a good link to replacement batteries for the Mavic Pro?
I have tried to charge it and all I get is one green Light on the battery.
Once it is plugged in it seems like it "tries" to charge but after a short period
the 4 port charger shows a red light.
Also according to the manual and research on DJI the batteries are supposed to
update/upgrade their firmware, I upgraded both the Mavic and the controller
to the latest version that shows in the DJI Assistant 2 software yet according to
what I read the batteries are suppose to update as well yet the documentation states
that I should get a notification on the display on the DJI Go 4 software yet I do not???
Thoughts??

normally if you update the drone in the app with everything linked up then the battery that was in the drone during the update gets updated at the same time ,then when you put a different battery in the drone you will get a prompt that it needs updating ,the same if you put a brand new battery in the drone
i would only get a new battery direct from DJI or a registered approved DJI dealer so you know its genuine

DJI Drone service, has had ads in the past month for OEM Mavic Pro batteries, I can vouch for the one I bought, arrived in 2 days and I have no issues with it......They have advertised in the classified section
