I just finished the firmware update thinking that would fix the video lag but it did not fix it. I am using an android Samsung Galaxy S7... I reached out trying to get assistance prior to the firmware update because the video lag showed up after the last update to the DJI GO 4 app. I have since downgraded the app to the previous version and the video is now working. So this means that until they can fix the app, I have to disable the auto update for the app in order to fly.
