This is what I have with RC Pro 2. I did watch a video that demo'd the new firmware and the zoom function. It showed the user pressing the 2.5x while transitioning from 1x. I was trying to zoom past the 2.5x with the right wheel for zoom. Even though this is how I would want it to work maybe that is not how it is to be used. Will try again pressing the 2.5x while recording.I'm sorry but my RC firmware is different than yours; I know its the latest for my RC Pro 2

Yea, their support (just like any support) is just trying to follow the book, "do this, do that, blah blah blah..."Still waiting on new DJI Support responds.
So far it was only basic trouble shooting steps like recalibration which I told them in the beginning I already did and reflashing the firmware.
Btw on issues with the drone.
can you guys hear the aperture of the main camera moving/clicking while it auto adjusts to changing brightness between shots/recordings?
Yes, use DJI Assistant 2 (you can get it here), install it, then just connect the drone via USB-C cable to your computer, launch the app, it should recognize the drone and offer you FW update/downgrade. I used it to get my drone back to .0200I have the same issue after updating the firmware to the latest version .0300. How do you downgrade firmware? Do you need to use dji assistant 2?
Maybe not an issue while flying (don’t know) but it’s annoying.
Thanks in advance,
Edoardo
Only way would be is to try and sideload the app via an .APK file using apk pure or something similar. Is anyone aware of a method to revert to an earlier version of the Fly App on the RC 2 controller? It appears that the loss of the camera zoom function happened when I upgraded from 1.18.1 to 1.18.2. It was not resolved in 1.18.3.
Not that I need it but does anyone know if it will install on a Windows 7 machine? Drivers are not installing. Not sure about older versions of Windows. I run mine on WIN11 without any issues. There is Mac version as well, I have not try that oneNot that I need it but does anyone know if it will install on a Windows 7 machine? Drivers are not installing. It won't install on Windows versions older than Win 10 because of drivers. Not that I need it but does anyone know if it will install on a Windows 7 machine? Drivers are not installing. I'm trying to install DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drone Series)
