Welcome from Oklahoma! I'm pretty new myself here, but I have a Mini 3 too! Interesting thing I found out about the Mini is the regular batteries do not broadcast RID because it's under the weight limit. If you put the Plus batteries in that drone it will broadcast the RID. Things for you to consider. I fly under 107 so I had to get the heavier batteries.
