Just received a Mavic Mini for Christmas. In the initial exploration phase of flying and videoing/editing. Lots of fun so far and I haven't crashed it so I guess that is a good thing!!

Welcome to the forum! It was Christmas a year ago that my wife gave me my Mini. I flew for a few months and made some good friends at the local meet ups, before the first stay-at-home orders. Fortunately I found ways to fly when possible.

I received the Mini as a gift from my wife as well. I ride motorcycles in the back country and there are times I get into places that I should not have. At my age, that is not really that smart. I casually mentioned to my wife that a drone would be handy to scout out trails. Next thing I knew, there was one under the tree!! Looking forward to exploring what it can do!
