This is a new journey for me. Never few any drone before. So Im hoping to get some help here.

It all started when the family went RV camping a Willow Beach, AZ. Me and my daughter went kayaking in the river, we were out late. Almost dark. The wife started to panic. Walkie talkie were note working for what ever reason. Dont intend to quit camping or any out door adventures, so... I bought a drone for the piece of mind for the wife.
So, I have to learn this, then teach the wife, sounds simple.... "Right" ?
So, anyway, Hello everyone ! Im excited to play with this !!!

Got things moving today, I was able to delete everything off my phone so I could load the DJI GO4 app. Was able to update firmware for drone and controller. Got it registered and got the refresh warranty. (alittle worried about sinking it). It was setup in beginner mode. which was good for me to get the feet wet.This little guy is really cool, fast and quite. Im on my way to the store to get an Apple 12.9" iPad Pro w/ Wi-Fi 256GB Tablet. What I dont understand is it is saying needs firmware update again. So I'll charge everything again and update it again.
Next time I'll have to do a video, But you guys must be tried of seeing roof tops, LOL. This is so cool

Welcome! The MP was/is my first/only real drone too. Sure I played around with the lil' cricket copters and such, but she is my first real drone. Just take your time to learn the settings and what works best for you. Be diligent on your pre-flight checks and fly smarter.. not harder. You're gonna love it...
