Hi all happy I found this Forum I’m from the New York area Long Island just bought a mavic air Haven’t even got to fly it yet weather has been pretty crappy just more time to do research to prepare myself Very excited to be here.

Welcome! I'm down the road from you in Bay Shore. Yes, the weather has been crappy here. Even on sunny days it's been very windy. That said I have a Tello in addition to my Mavic Pro so I have something to fly indoors when the weather is bad.

The Air is an amazing drone in my opinion. I bought it as the next realm to step up my photography/videography hobby habit and it has exceeded my expectations.
