New Mavic pilot in Bloomington, IN

Hello all, I'm a long time RC Heli pilot, flying everything from ultra micro, to 700 size fc3 heli.
My mavic arrived while I was out of town working, but I finally got home to it yesterday. I spent a day charging the batteries, reading the manuals, and messing with the settings.

I had my first flight with it today, and I was impressed with the footage, but I've got a lot to learn to get the most out of it.

Seems to be some pretty good guys on this forum, the first thread I found was the guy from Europe who lost his mavic while on vacation, and some fellow mavic owner went and retrieved it for him.

Thanks Msinger. You were one of the kind folks helping locate the Mavic that went missing on mavic mountain. I joined the same day I read that thread.
I've found a lot of great people on various forums over the years, it appears MP has some as well.
