New Mavic Pilot, Puyallup WA (near Tacoma)

Just opened up my Mavic, gimbal protector is broken, long tab was broken off of it. Gimbal bracket was not in place, so the gimbal was just kinda bouncing a bit when I lifted it out of the box. I haven't powered it on yet, but will tomorrow after I get everything charged up. I'll wait a day to contact DJI about the gimbal protector until I power it on in case I have real problems.

Powered up, activated - no errors displayed. Contacted DJI support via email about the cracked gimbal protector, awaiting responses.

Whadyatalkinabout??? You should be saying Tacoma is near Puyallup--so is Seattle (Puyallup being the center of the known universe. Dee Cee and NYC are even further away)
