New Mavic Pro - Having Trouble

Just purchased a new Mavic Pro.
I'm getting alternate flashing messages.
MAG INTRF & CHECK APP
I upgraded the firmware. Any thoughts?

Are you indoors? I notice no GPS. Try moving to a different spot.

if all else fails, go to an open field and calibrate the compass. it takes 10 seconds

Is it folded up? May be a silly question but many times we power our systems up for maintenance purposes and leave them folded up. M2's will certainly give you a mag error when it's folded up, which is ironic when it must be folded up to do an IMU calibration.

My mavic did the same thing. It’s doesn’t have gps signal due to wiring/metal in homes. Also structure density (cement) thickness of wall/floors.

My uav did the same thing... re-calibrated compass a few times and the icu. That seemed to do the trick ... it’s recommended that you recalibrate compass before each flight....

Yep gonna have to move around may have to recalibrate a few times if your getting mag interference. I was taking pics and video below dam. No kidding it took me 4 times to calibrate.

Try moving to a different location or maybe go outside. Magnetic interference means there is something interfering with the signal e.g. you are to close to something metal. Move the Mavic to a different location. Do that before you start calibrating compass and IMU's.

Calibrated the compass and IMU and the drone is working like a champ. Kudos to all with suggestions.
