That's a good question as it appears many towns are passing local ordinances against drone flying drones. Ocean County is saying No Done Flying from what I am reading but I also see that the State passed legislation overriding the local ruling.

I reached out to the Mayor here in Manchester to feel out a response but haven't received a response yet. The issue could be the locals not aware of the State legislation causing a situation for the pilot. I am looking to see what the legislation actually says and how to move forward. If I have to carry a copy of it with me I will if it keeps me out of trouble. When I have any good info I will update this thread.
