Hello, all. Wanted to check in and say hello. Ordered a refurbished Mavic Pro from DJI Store a few days ago as my first "grown-up" drone.
Had a shopping cart full of Phantom 4 Pro and accessories, when I stumbled on the fact that refurb Mavics were now available. Could not pass up the deal, and will be a lot less nervous about crashing one that I paid half as much for.
By the time I have built up my flying and filming skill, I expect that a P5 or MP2 will be announced. At that point, I plan to upgrade for the better camera. (Or an Inspire or the like for the option of swapping cameras and sensors.)
Hoping to start at the least a side business, with aspirations to take it full time at some point. Plan to start with some real estate freelance and dabbling in mapping.
