Welcome to Mavic Pilots! :) Enjoy the forum!Thumbswayup

Welcome to you from the wide-open spaces of Texas!

Never got a chance to fly Georgia, so I can't help you with places to fly there. Guess I'll have to see Atlanta thru your lens (a mighty fine one). The MA2 is a fabulous machine for the beginner and the pro alike.

Lots of fellow Georgians among our ranks, and over 100,000 others of us from around the world are here to help you gain skill as a pilot and photographer.

Be sure to read the manual! Be sure you practice lost drone recovery (you will crash, and you will lose your MA2). Just be sure you know how to retrieve it!

Glad to have you with us!

Join a drone Club because you are a proud owner of a paper weight in your area. Meticulously check the Town Ordinance (not just FAA ) so you don't get it with CRAZY fines.
Looking at laws in your area, you will do less time cought with a firearm. Happy flying and welcome to the new world. You will do time ! if you are not careful. But please do not take my word for it. Go fly.
Other Pilots on this channel may disagree but that is why you are in the right place.

Hi everyone! I just got my FAA Part 107 certificate and I'm ready to fly my drone. I got the Mavic Air 2 and I'm trying to find places to practice. I live in Flowery Branch and my girlfriend lives in Peachtree City. What are the best places to fly in those areas?
So hard to fly these days. I just launch and risk. Just follow FAA rules and its better to ask for forgiveness that to ask for permission. Of course FOLLOW FAA rules , they rule. Look up those rules and hope for the best. Fly high and don't attract attention.
Fly stealth. I turned all lights off on my drone so its very stealthy. 150ft no one knows its there but me. Have to play the system somehow.
Also why did you get a 107.? are you hobby ? or Commercial?
