Maybe I'm misunderstanding something, but the registration info that you just copy/pasted is saying exactly what I said about registrations cannot be transferred (changed). Doesn't that mean the once a drone is registered as say, Recreational Exception, if you get your 107, you cannot change that particular drone to be re-registered as 107? Isn't that what you said you were going to do? I was asking how can it be changed. Doesn't the link you provided, say you can't?
Sorry, if I don't get this, but seems we MUST register our drones when we are Recreational Excep., and if I get my 107, does that mean I can't fly that drone under 107?
