The All New Mini 4 Wet Suits : Based off the Tremendous Success of the Mini 3 Pro Wet Suit Design..

Wet Suits Protect:

The open area behind the gimbal with a Tab System that you snap in and out as needed so no worries of over heating .

Protects the Sensors from getting burning out

Protects the Battery from Disconnecting from the Controller

Protects the Landing Sensor from force landing in the Rain

Redirects the Air Release so it can still breath but not take in the Rain

Increased the Strength of the Drone Arms as there very Fragile
We did this by securing the arms of the drone with a 4mm Bumper Guard to protect your drone and just make it feel much more secure in hand.

Will Update Thread as more Storms come our way.

Shouldn't they be called "Dry Suits" since you claim they keep the drone dry?

You do know wet suits let in water to keep the wearer warm, don't you?

Is there really a problem with sensors burning out on the Mini 4 Pro, or other Mini series models? I've heard of no cases other than the one or two described previously by the OP. Anyone?

I'm curious about how the opening behind the gimbal to the interior of the drone and the battery compartment can be blocked or obstructed without reducing the heat rejection rate from the drone. Also how the sensors can be protected from rain. Is there a transparent cover?

We have found that most people our aware that the Mini 3 and Mini 4 series drones are the Weakest drones to fly in the Rain without a Wet Suit .

Weak Links of the Mini 3 and Mini 4 when flying in the Rain.

The Sensors burning out from Water getting to the Main Board from behind the camera.
Battery Disconnecting from the Controller causing a Crash
The power button being compromised, along with the Battery.

So, there's only that one known case of sensors failing.
I'd like to see some REAL flights with these 'wet suits'. Not just taking off and hovering. Take your 2.5k investment, allegedly protected by a few pieces of colorful neoprene...up to 400 feet in the "pouring rain"...and see what happens. I think most pilots have enough common sense to see this for what it is.

Good Call Out ! I do get caught up showing the Drone from outside view of the drones hovering in the Rain.

This one is awesome !! , Teaches people about the Rain that might be clueless.

This one I made for the Weather Channel to show them how clear the Video can be even in some extreme Weather conditions with High winds and Horizontal rain.. just another favorite of mine.

I like this one also, as it shows how clean the Lightning Captures are even in the Pouring Rain. just incredible right?

I think most pilots will start to understand, that DJI makes incredible drones with motors and cameras that are waterproof and with the Wet Suits creating the Air Tight Seal on the Battery , power button and the Sensors able fly in the Pouring Rain .

The problem with taking it to 400 Ft in the Rain is you can not see it, lol
As far as I know there is no difference in the rain at 400 ft unless you know different.

I just posted this video showing the Mavic 3 Wet Suits in Action a $3000 Dollar drone under some rain.

A nice reminder of why we fly in the Rain. A capture like this is worth a 100 sunrise Pictures . you can see the tornados landing in the very back of the picture, near avon lake ohio , very cool capture.
