Thanks for the contact. I have purchased a Mavic mini. My plan is to get familiar and competent with the low cost Mini before investing is a much more capable model. Photography is a hobby of mine and I like to document my travel adventures with photographs, HD and 4K video. Adding the perspective from above will make my documentaries more interesting. Although I have a pilot license to fly fixed wing aircraft, I gave it up years ago because it just became too expensive. VR flying a good drone on the other hand will be a great way to get back up in the air. I currently live in London Ontario and take my camera equipmenet with me on wilderness adventures and motorcycle trips. The Mavic mini will be easy to add to my travel gear.

The winds finally dropped enough to get out for my first flight. I found the mini to be very easy to fly. Now I can concentrate on the photography.
