You want DJI Assistant 2 from the DJI site (not DJI Store) on your computer. They have a video demo. Be sure to remove the props from your M2P before powering it on for the process. See the post immediately above.

See above. Get your tablet later if that is to be your controlling device connected to your DJI controller.

I do believe the update is still pending for the SC. In any event, if you don’t have an SC it would not apply. Best of luck.

Hi mine downloaded on my Smart controller via go4 app took around 20 minutes only had to do on 1 battery

Hi If you have a problem with dji assistant 2 in logging in turn offf your windows 10 defender and firewall if you have win 10 and don't forget to turn on both after.

It should come up on the smart controller when you power up your MP2 and controller after you press the go button.. before it says go fly it will check for any updates and you’ll see in upper left evidence of that... if it’s blue and says you have the latest version than you’re all set ... if it stays red it’s updating and you have to follow the instructions... hope this helped [emoji41]
