NFZ altitude restrictions

Hello everyone - first post here so apologies if this has been answered already.

I'm currently in a NFZ, however have been granted permission from Air Traffic Control to fly up to the usual max altitude of 400ft. However, the DJI app is restricting me to 197ft.

Any idea how to bypass this restriction so I can get up to 400ft?

First, welcome to the forum! Enjoy.

You should keep a copy of your approval with you.
I personally prefer AirMap for flight clearance, assuming you are 107.
I never ask through DJI as it seems there is often a glitch requiring you to contact them and follow their protocol, which you will have to do at this point.
