Night hyperlapse advices

Slow your shutter speed down some to get some motion blur in the car lights. Also apply a warp stabilizer in the editing to smooth out the jumps and shakes. Keep practicing. You have some great spots to film and your composition is very nice.

Need to add my settings in that way
f2.8, ss 1/4, iso 200 or 400 it depends

I like them, I think they are very good.
I would just slow down SS a little bit, I would use 1", but then you have to move the bird very slowly.
Are you using RAW or JPEG

RAW for grading in Lightroom
That is what I thought given the color quality.
So I suppose you are shooting 1 frame every 5 seconds. In this case it is important to move very slowly. If you are using a Mavic 2 the new Hyperlapse mode with waypoints is perfect to control the movement

it was 1 per 2 sec and the speed is about 2.5 km/h but it was a little windy
