Nightmare registering my new Mavic Pro 4 on IAA

I am having a nightmare trying to get me new Mavic Pro 4 creators edition registered on the Irish Airline Authorities web site. Has anyone else had the same experience? I have a MySRS account from my Mavic Pro 2 yrs ago. Can anyone help me please.
