No Cached photos

I had my first flight tonight. Very impressed, the video feed to the controller is solid. I was 4600 feet away in a residential neighborhood with WI-FI and high tension power lines and didn’t have one transmission hiccup.

I took several videos and pictures. The videos cached the app but there are no photos under the photo tab. Any ideas??

as trange as it is i realized photos take longer to be uploaded in cache than heavy videos

that's also a pattern i noticed with my MAVIC AIR and MAVIC PRO 1


Often , by the time i land and switch off the drone (let's say after a 20 minutes flight) 70 % of videos would have been uploaded but less than 30-40 % of photos would be...i would have expected vice versa


anyone has a clue ?

I connected to the drone again and they showed up. When I reconnected I got an inconsistent firmware message so I uploaded firmware(could have been a battery as it was a different battery) but after download, they were there.
