No Joy with Litchi

I tried, for the first time, to get Litchi up on my new Pro, first off, -Go 4 wanted up first, even tho I hit litchi, so killed go 4 & litchi came up, but, no matter what I tried, "disconnected" was all I could get.
Litchi version I;m using is 3-4 months old for sure, is this an issue?

I had issues after updating the firmware to .900
I now use the standard USB connection and not the micro connector, that helped me out.

I use the bottom connector if that's what you mean, not that side one.
I can connect to go 4 app,& fly for a while before it collapses, as most android users have suffered,
And, I can get the Litchi screen to come up, just not connect.
I;m going to try with my shield tonight, see if I get better results then my Samsung 5 phone
