No option to Cache Maps in "General Settings"

So what does a person do if they don't have wifi access to get maps and you cant download them

At that point, you won't be able to do anything. You should cache the maps in a location where you do have an Internet connection before you head out to fly.

yes I see that setting but its not cache it

I use an ipad (without sim Card) and so far I have not figured out how to download maps and have them available while outdoors, flying...
