...two weeks of tumbleweed... I'm still fascinated to see those extra 20 seconds of footage. Await with genuine interest.....and I'm still genuinely interested in seeing that longer clip featuring the 20 seconds before the impact.
Without the recorded flight data, DJI or anyone else can't tell what caused your issue.I provided video footage and flight data to DJI and they are still refusing my case and calling it "pilot error" due to insufficient flight data.
What drone company would you try next?If they make me pay for repairs, I'll do it and sell this d**n drone and go with another company because I am not dealing with DJI's poor accountability and customer service.
