Happened to me few times a couple of week agne of the moderators said the forum's email sender prevented it from going to me+admin fixed it.

Could it be that you have accidentally unsubscribed from the Forum? If so go to your avatar at the top and press Your Subscriptions. You’ll find the daily one Off rather than On. Bon chance.
