I have flown over people by accident before. I tried to choose a path that did not fly directly over them , but as we know people move. I corrected as quickly as I could when I realized it. So I was in keeping with the spirit of the law.

Nicely done! You definitely capture the spirit of the Islands! I saw several locations I'd like to visit on our next trip over, as I've not spent hardly any time on Oahu. That is a lot of footage in 4 days, that's for sure!

I guess the flying over people part is technically wrong but I gotta say, I don't think the FAA is going to come after anyone for flying over people who are in your party and have given permission. Still best to avoid if possible but I personally wouldn't worry much about that specific situation.
