The range yes but not "all the video quality" since it doesn't do 1080p transmission like the Mavic.

Oh good to know. Thanks! What are you mounting it on? I'm interested in doing a custom build someday so I'm very interested in this.

Will be for fixed-wing aircraft. Pretty much haven't flown an FPV airplane for years due to inavailability of HD setups... This finally looks like it, especially with the global shutter cam.

I cannot be the only guy trying to figure out what is required to replace the dji camera with a flir camera.

DJI says the transmitter is only compatible with their camera.....is this true? has someone found a "hack" yet?
