Old Discussions in Emails appearing

Is it just me or are others get discussion threads that are months old appearing in your email?

I’m getting discussions from last July that have no recent updates appearing as if a new comment has been made.

Well, not me anyway.... but I'm just a small cog in this forum ;-)

Has something to do with the new update. I see lots of members
welcoming what they think are new members but the thread is over 2 years old and the member they welcomed is long gone. It will work out. Like all new updates. Just ignore it .?‍
