On board memory lost

Hi i have recently returned from a trip and have plugged my mavic 2 into my PC.
I can only find some of the photos taken not sure if the onboard memory isnt showing on the pc i think only some of the photos on the sd are showing
anyone else had a similar issue

on my phone i have photos in my cache but are not turning up on the PC when plugged in

Help i had taken alot of photos of this trip with the mavic and i can only find some of them

It shouldn't make a difference, but have you plugged the SD card directly in your computer?

It seems there are some photos on my SD and the rest are gone

Depending on your settings, you can receive cached images on your phone/tablet that may not be recorded on your SD card if the card is not capable of recording them. The cached images may also have a lower resolution than the original was supposed to be.

no the drone was brand new
