One Mavic Two Controlers?

Does anyone know if it's possible to pair two rc's to the same Mavic Zoom? I read that I should be able to run them as one master and one slave, but I can't figure out how to set that up. Or even having two set as masters to have one as a backup. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
