one motor is spinning harder

Just got my AIR2 and noticed that one motor is stopping sooner than the other 3. Contacted DJI and they said to send the drone back as it may have a hardware issue. I've seen a lot of this problem around, is it a bad batch or is it a purely random issue?

Out of interest, can you spin that engine that stops and see if it aligns well?
Remove the propeller and spin the engine.

I dont expect yours to look like this, as it is after a crash, but if you may find it to be scewed even if just a little bit. (The left circle.)

Just checked now, it seems perfectly aligned, no issues that I can tell. It only feels slightly harder to spin by hand, comparing to the other 3.

Also tried switching the prop with the diagonal good motor and it still does the same, so seems to be a motor problem.

I had no obvious reason that would connect to your situation, I was merely reaching, as after my crash the engines behaved similar to yours besides the lack of noice.
